Your tasks will include:
- Represent LOT brand to various segments of the market, manage existing relationships between the company and the assigned portfolio of accounts to ensure high performance and to develop corporate strategy to increase the market share, while achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Identify new growth opportunities, conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to determine and implement appropriate action in order to grow new business to ensure positive sales trends and revenue growth.
- Design and implement revenue boosting initiatives in various segments of the market.
- Prepare periodical sales activities reports, Power Point presentation and benchmarking feedback.
- Represent LOT at business, industry and cultural events & meetings, taking leadership with the key trade, government and community partners to build business relationship and trust.
- Assist in marketing and public relations activities, provide recommendations for marketing and promotional initiatives to increase LOT brand awareness in the US.
- Close cooperation with HQ departments: Sales, Sales Support, Pricing Revenue Management, Marketing, PR, E-commerce, Network, Product.
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new leisure/ethnic business and partnerships.
- Work closely with Director of Sales and LOT HQ staff to anticipate competitor activities, monitoring market trends and propose sales actions in a timely manner
to maintain and increase LOT’s revenue. - Conduct account reviews with portfolio clients in a proactive manner to maximize revenue opportunities and address non-performance from a positive solution-based perspective.
- Regularly meet (remotely and in person, when possible) with the Global and Regional Travel Managers, assigned portfolio accounts, as well as relevant LOT teams in order to create multiple layers of communication and partnership avenues that look towards greater revenue generation.
- Ensure that proactive relationships are in place with leisure/ethnic accounts across the United States and provide recommendations to territory managers to stimulate revenue growth and build new partnership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop long-term strategic goals for LOT in North America.
- Take a significant role in the development of team members to support leisure revenue growth.

- Travel and/or hospitality experience, airline experience preferred

- Willingness and availability to travel up to 30%
