Your tasks will include:
Job Description:
- Provide assistance to key agency partners (AIP and top Net accounts) and become a liaison between the market and sales teams in resolving complex issues; provide valuable market perspective to call center staff assisting key agency partners in US & CA.
- Assist with contract preparation in SAS, gather and enter agency details and prepare agreements for signatures, monitor periodical IATA list updates.
- Generate and distribute quarterly AIP commission statements, provide instructions for invoicing and payment processing, submit invoices for payment to HQ, ensure timely payment completion.
- Track Marketing Fund activities to ensure budget execution, submit invoices for payment.
- Monitor and update private fare tracking files and agency IATA records in internal documents and SAS.
- Assist with admin and reporting activities, oversee Prosale budget implementation and flexi tool usage, provide GDS assistance to the sales team.
- Support Group Manager in everyday activities, including quotation requests, negotiations, preparing group documents.
- Assist Corporate Account Manager with preparing CIP agreements, ticketing instructions and fare-grids, ensure LOT’s CIP policies and procedures adherence.
- Assist with preparation of expense reports and duty trips applications.
- Participate in internal training sessions, continuously familiarize yourself with LOT policies and procedures to provide expertise to sales team and key account partners.
- Assist in benchmarking activities, gather market feedback for special projects and business development activities, actively participate in shaping LOT’s policies in the US and Canada markets.
- Assist in marketing and public relations activities, provide recommendations for marketing and promotional initiatives to increase LOT brand awareness in the US, participate in business, industry and cultural events & meetings; prepare and send agency newsletter and market communication in the Adobe tool.
- Participate in joint calls with local sales team and HQ departments: Sales, Sales Support, Pricing Revenue Management, Marketing, PR, E-commerce, Network, Product.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of airline commission & incentive programs, contracting & regulations
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) products, SAS
- Travel and/or hospitality experience, airline experience preferred
