Takie dane przedstawili Tadeusz Bartosi\u0144ski (specjalista ds. transportu) i Janusz Piechoci\u0144ski (wiceprzewodnicz\u0105cy Sejmowej Komisji Infrastruktury) w opracowaniu &bdquo;Pomoc dla Polski z Europejskie Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego dla rozwoju transportu publicznego z lata 2004-2006&rdquo;. Wed\u0142ug tych danych, najwi\u0119cej zyska\u0142a Warszawa, kt&oacute;ra w ramach SPOT (podzia\u0142anie 1.1.3) wybudowa\u0142a I lini\u0119 metra od szlaku B20 do stacji A23. Ta inwestycja poch\u0142on\u0119\u0142a ponad 1 mld z\u0142otych. Dodatkowo w ramach SPOT (Dzia\u0142anie 1.1.2) polskie kolejnictwo wzbogaci\u0142o si\u0119 o 28 szynobus&oacute;w oraz 11 zestaw&oacute;w trakcyjnych. Ponadto zmodernizowano 81 wagon&oacute;w dla PKP PP, w tym 57 z przedzia\u0142ami i 24 bezprzedzia\u0142owych. Ponadto unowocze\u015bnionych 79 zestaw&oacute;w EZT, kt&oacute;re zasili\u0142y flot\u0119 PKP PR (75) i PKP SKM (4). \u015arednie unijne dofinansowanie tych projekt&oacute;w wynios\u0142o 34,25%.<\/div>\n<div>Jeszcze wi\u0119ksze pieni\u0105dze zasili\u0142y polski transport publiczny w ramach dw&oacute;ch dzia\u0142a\u0144 Zintegrowanego Programu Operacyjnego Rozwoju Regionalnego. \u0141\u0105cznie 1&nbsp;873&nbsp;853&nbsp;670 z\u0142. Tutaj polscy przewo\u017anicy i samorz\u0105dy zakupili m.in. 223 niskopod\u0142ogowe autobusy, 87 tramwaj&oacute;w i 11 trolejbus&oacute;w. \u015arednie unijne dofinansowanie tych projekt&oacute;w wynios\u0142o 34,41% &#8211; dla Dzia\u0142ania 1,6 i 65,76% dla Dzia\u0142ania 1.1.2. Poni\u017cej przedstawiamy dany dt. projekt&oacute;w ZPORR w rozbiciu na poszczeg&oacute;lne wojew&oacute;dztwa, a jeszcze ni\u017cej &ndash;szczeg&oacute;\u0142owe om&oacute;wienie wszystkich projekt&oacute;w. W skr&oacute;cie z poni\u017cszego zestawienia wida\u0107 wyra\u017anie, \u017ce najwi\u0119cej na unijnych dotacjach &#8211; w ramach ZPORR 1.1.2 &#8211; zyska\u0142y nast\u0119puj\u0105ce wojew&oacute;dztwa: warmi\u0144sko-mazurskie, podlaskie, ma\u0142opolskie, dolno\u015bl\u0105skie i lubuskie. Natomiast w ramach Dzia\u0142ania 1.6: \u0142&oacute;dzkie, mazowieckie, ma\u0142opolskie, pomorskie i dolno\u015bl\u0105skie. Generalnie najwi\u0119cej na transport publiczny w ramach ZPORR wyda\u0142o wojew&oacute;dztwo \u0142&oacute;dzkie, natomiast najwi\u0119ksze dofinansowanie z Unii Europejskiej otrzyma\u0142o wojew&oacute;dztwo ma\u0142opolskie.
