Dzi\u0119ki nim pa\u0144stwa Unii b\u0119d\u0105 mog\u0142y zrealizowa\u0107 wcze\u015bniej zidentyfikowane brakuj\u0105ce po\u0142\u0105czenia transportowe. 1,4 mld euro zostanie przeznaczone na przyspieszenie realizacji transgranicznych projekt\u00f3w dotycz\u0105cych brakuj\u0105cych wa\u017cnych po\u0142\u0105cze\u0144 kolejowych. Projekty te Komisja Europejska wybierze na podstawie kryterium konkurencyjno\u015bci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W sektorze cyfrowym instrument b\u0119dzie wspiera\u0107 rozw\u00f3j projekt\u00f3w b\u0119d\u0105cych przedmiotem wsp\u00f3lnego zainteresowania. Zaliczaj\u0105 si\u0119 do nich bezpieczne i chronione sieci cyfrowe o bardzo wysokiej przepustowo\u015bci i systemy 5G, a tak\u017ce cyfryzacja sieci transportowych i energetycznych.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parlament usprawni\u0142 r\u00f3wnie\u017c uzgodnione uprzednio z Rad\u0105 procedury dotycz\u0105ce transeuropejskiej sieci transportowej (TEN-T). Uproszczono procedury przyznawania pozwole\u0144 dla projekt\u00f3w TEN-T, co u\u0142atwi ich realizacj\u0119. Pa\u0144stwa cz\u0142onkowskie b\u0119d\u0105 musia\u0142y wyznaczy\u0107 punkt kontaktowy dla ka\u017cdego projektodawcy i dopilnowa\u0107, aby uzyskanie pozwolenia na rozpocz\u0119cie projektu nie trwa\u0142o d\u0142u\u017cej ni\u017c cztery lata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;Instrument &#8222;\u0141\u0105cz\u0105c Europ\u0119&#8221; zmodernizuje po\u0142\u0105czenia transportowe w ca\u0142ej UE.
