Na ich gruncie w 1991 utworzono Przedsi\u0119biorstwaKomunikacji Miejskiej. Tak powsta\u0142o PKM w Jastrz\u0119biu-Zdroju, kt\u00f3re pe\u0142ni\u0142ojednocze\u015bnie rol\u0119 organizatora i przewo\u017anika komunikacji miejskiej.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Rok 1991 by\u0142 rokiem wej\u015bcia w \u017cycie Ustawy o samorz\u0105dzie terytorialnym, kt\u00f3ra na\u0142o\u017cy\u0142a nagminy obowi\u0105zek organizacji lokalnegotransportu zbiorowego. Miasta wojew\u00f3dztwa \u015bl\u0105skiego mia\u0142y do wyboru dwarozwi\u0105zania. Pierwsze to stworzenie Zarz\u0105du Komunikacji, czyli w\u0142asnejjednostki do obs\u0142ugi pasa\u017cer\u00f3w, drugie to powo\u0142anie do \u017cycia zwi\u0105zk\u00f3wmi\u0119dzygminnych skupuj\u0105cych kilka s\u0105siaduj\u0105cych ze sob\u0105 miast i gmin. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Na tej podstawie 4 kwietnia 1991 r. powstaje Mi\u0119dzygminnyZwi\u0105zek Komunikacyjny z siedzib\u0105 w Jastrz\u0119biu-Zdroju. Tworzy go dziewi\u0119\u0107 gmin.To Gaszowice, Czerwionka-Leszczyny, Rybnik, Suszec, \u015awierklany, Wodzis\u0142aw\u015al\u0105ski, Zebrzydowice, Jejkowice oraz \u017bory. Na przestrzeni lat sk\u0142ad gmintworz\u0105cych MZK ulega\u0142 zmianie. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Obecnie MZK zrzesza dziesi\u0119\u0107 gmin. S\u0105 to: Czerwionka-Leszczyny,Jastrz\u0119bie-Zdr\u00f3j, Marklowice, Mszana, Paw\u0142owice, Psz\u00f3w, Radlin, Rydu\u0142towy,Suszec oraz \u017bory. Mieszka\u0144cy tychmiejscowo\u015bci obs\u0142ugiwani s\u0105 przez jastrz\u0119bskie Przedsi\u0119biorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej,a tak\u017ce firmy Warbus, ASKA, A-21 oraz firm\u0119 PPUH K\u0142osok.
