W efekcie podr&oacute;\u017ce sta\u0142yby si\u0119 bardziej ekologiczne, zmniejszy\u0142by si\u0119 poziom emisji spalin i zat\u0142oczenia europejskich dr&oacute;g. Aktualnie w Europie funkcjonuje ok. stu aplikacji do planowania podr&oacute;\u017cy multimodalnych. Jednak wszystkie one maj\u0105 swoje ograniczenia i to zar&oacute;wno pod wzgl\u0119dem geograficznym (do poszczeg&oacute;lnych miast lub region&oacute;w), jak i w zakresie udost\u0119pnianych \u015brodk&oacute;w transportu. Podczas Kongresu Komisja Europejka przedstawi\u0142a analiz\u0119 bie\u017c\u0105cej sytuacji w zakresie multimodalnych planer&oacute;w i swoich planach na przysz\u0142o\u015b\u0107 (raport dost\u0119pny jest <a href=\"void(0);\/*1403702449248*\/\">TUTAJ <\/a>). Zdaniem Siima Kallasa szczeg&oacute;lnie wa\u017cne jest rozwi\u0105zywanie problem&oacute;w w zakresie ograniczonego dost\u0119pu do niezb\u0119dnych danych i niewystarczaj\u0105cej wsp&oacute;\u0142pracy wszystkich zainteresowanych podmiot&oacute;w. Komisarz podkre\u015bli\u0142, \u017ce zbyt cz\u0119sto Bruksela jest nazywana &bdquo;odg&oacute;rnym regulatorem&rdquo;, dlatego w tym zakresie nale\u017cy wybra\u0107 inn\u0105 \u015bcie\u017ck\u0119 i przede wszystkim odda\u0107 inicjatyw\u0119 ma\u0142ym, innowacyjnym firmom. Najwa\u017cniejsze wyznania stoj\u0105ce przed nimi to:<br \/>&#8211; wi\u0119ksza dost\u0119pno\u015b\u0107 multimodalny danych transportowych;<br \/>&#8211; niewystarczaj\u0105ca jako\u015b\u0107 danych;<br \/>&#8211; wzajemnie sprzeczne formaty danych i protoko\u0142&oacute;w;<br \/>&#8211; brak wsp&oacute;\u0142pracy pomi\u0119dzy zainteresowanymi stronami (programi\u015bci, operatorzy transportu, rz\u0105dy).<br \/>Dlatego celem Komisji jest pokona\u0107 te bariery i udost\u0119pni\u0107 odpowiednie narz\u0119dzia dla ca\u0142ej UE, a nast\u0119pnie zach\u0119ca\u0107 do ich stosowania.
