Cz\u0142onkowie stowarzyszenia SISKOM dokonali audytu wszystkich stacji i przystank&oacute;w kolejowych po\u0142o\u017conych na terenie I strefy biletowej w Warszawie. Celem badania by\u0142a diagnoza g\u0142&oacute;wnych barier, kt&oacute;re utrudniaj\u0105 lub wr\u0119cz uniemo\u017cliwiaj\u0105 korzystanie z obiekt&oacute;w kolejowych r&oacute;\u017cnym grupom u\u017cytkownik&oacute;w, na przyk\u0142ad rodzicom z dzie\u0107mi, osobom niewidomym, rowerzystom, czy te\u017c osobom poruszaj\u0105cym si\u0119 na w&oacute;zkach inwalidzkich. Efektem prac jest publikacja, kt&oacute;ra dostarcza pasa\u017cerom informacji o istniej\u0105cych przeszkodach na poszczeg&oacute;lnych stacjach i przystankach. Raport mo\u017ce by\u0107 tak\u017ce punktem wyj\u015bcia dla ustalenia standard&oacute;w projektowania obiekt&oacute;w kolejowych w taki spos&oacute;b, aby by\u0142y one dost\u0119pne mo\u017cliwie najszerszej grupie pasa\u017cer&oacute;w. Dokument powinien przyczyni\u0107 si\u0119 r&oacute;wnie\u017c do zwi\u0119kszenia spo\u0142ecznej \u015bwiadomo\u015bci na temat przeszk&oacute;d, jakie znajduj\u0105 si\u0119 w przestrzeni publicznej. Spo\u015br&oacute;d 49 przebadanych stacji i przystank&oacute;w kolejowych jedynie 14 (29%) zosta\u0142o uznanych za dost\u0119pne dla os&oacute;b o ograniczonej sprawno\u015bci ruchowej. Wyodr\u0119bniono 3 g\u0142&oacute;wne przyczyny niedost\u0119pno\u015bci: brak alternatywy dla schod&oacute;w prowadz\u0105cych na peron (14 obiekt&oacute;w &ndash;29%), niesprawne windy lub podno\u015bniki w momencie badania (11 obiekt&oacute;w &ndash;22%), zbyt strome podjazdy lub przej\u015bcie przez tory w z\u0142ym stanie technicznym (10 obiekt&oacute;w &ndash;20%). Problemy z dost\u0119pno\u015bci\u0105 infrastruktury kolejowej dotykaj\u0105 tak\u017ce innych grup pasa\u017cer&oacute;w. Jedynie w 9 (18%) przypadkach zainstalowane by\u0142y pasy ostrzegawcze dla os&oacute;b niewidomych na wszystkich peronach, \u015bcie\u017cki prowadz\u0105ce znajdowa\u0142y si\u0119 za\u015b jedynie na 3 niedawno zmodernizowanych obiektach: PKP Warszawa Stadion, PKP Warszawa Centralna oraz PKP Lotnisko Chopina. Bezpieczne stojaki rowerowe znajdowa\u0142y si\u0119 w pobli\u017cu jedynie 6 obiekt&oacute;w, ponadto w 5 przypadkach zaobserwowano stojaki niespe\u0142niaj\u0105ce wymaga\u0144 rowerzyst&oacute;w (22%). W okolicy obiekt&oacute;w kolejowych w Warszawie brakuje cz\u0119sto miejsc, gdzie mo\u017cna naby\u0107 bilet. Na 23 przystankach (46%) nie ma jakiejkolwiek mo\u017cliwo\u015bci kupna biletu, za\u015b na kolejnych 10 (20%) nie ma dost\u0119pu dla os&oacute;b z niepe\u0142nosprawno\u015bci\u0105 ruchow\u0105 ze wszystkich peron&oacute;w do kas lub automat&oacute;w biletowych.
