Liderem projektu jest Przedsi\u0119biorstwo Transportu Publicznego Warnow z hanzeatyckiego miasta Rostock w Niemczech. Partnerami projektu s\u0105 Port Rostock, Miasto Guldborgund w Danii;Port Nexo w Danii;Miasta Ustka i Dar\u0142owo oraz Przedsi\u0119biorstwo Transportowe Movia Traffic Cooperation z Danii. Inwestycja o ca\u0142kowitej warto\u015bci 2 mln 846 tys. 325 euro, wymaga wy\u0142o\u017cenia 516 tys. 818 euro. Miasto da nieco ponad 77,5 tys. euro, bo na pozosta\u0142e 85 proc. kwoty uzyska\u0142o dofinansowanie. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany w latach 2011-2013. Realizacja projektu rozpocznie si\u0119 w roku przysz\u0142ym od opracowania dokumentacji technicznej terminala.
