Postawili\u015bmy sprawdzi\u0107, co zosta\u0142o zmienione i na jakim legislacyjnym etapie jest projekt. &ndash;&bdquo;Projekt ustawy o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym z dnia 11 grudnia br. jest projektem, kt&oacute;ry po Komisji Prawniczej w Rz\u0105dowym Centrum Legislacji zosta\u0142 skierowany do rozpatrzenia przez sta\u0142y komitet Rady Ministr&oacute;w &ndash;m&oacute;wi Teresa Jakubowicz, zast\u0119pca Dyrektora Biura Informacji i Promocji w Ministerstwie Infrastruktury. &ndash;Zmiany wprowadzone do obecnej wersji projektu ustawy wynikaj\u0105 g\u0142&oacute;wnie z przepracowania projektu przez Komisj\u0119 Prawnicz\u0105 pod wzgl\u0119dem legislacyjno-prawnym, natomiast najwi\u0119ksza zmiana zwi\u0105zana jest z dyrektyw\u0105 <a href=\"http:\/\/infobus.pl\/files\/File\/dyrektywa 200933WE.pdf\">2009\/33\/WE<\/a> . UE L 120 z 15.05.2009, str. 5), kt&oacute;rej termin implementacji up\u0142ywa dnia 4 grudnia 2010 r. Dyrektywa zawiera r&oacute;wnie\u017c regulacje odnosz\u0105ce si\u0119 do \u015brodk&oacute;w transportu drogowego, kt&oacute;rymi b\u0119dzie wykonywany publiczny transport zbiorowy, w zwi\u0105zku z czym konieczne by\u0142o uzupe\u0142nienie projektu ustawy o stosowne regulacje.&rdquo;<br \/>Oznacza to, \u017ce prace nad ustaw\u0105 znacz\u0105co si\u0119 przeci\u0105gaj\u0105 &ndash;przypomnijmy, \u017ce projekt zosta\u0142 skierowany do rozpatrzenia przez sta\u0142y komitet Rady Ministr&oacute;w jeszcze 8 lipca 2009 r.
