Sama konstrukcja torowiska budowana jest w tej technologii od g&oacute;ry. <br \/>Szyny spawane s\u0105 w d\u0142u\u017csze odcinki o d\u0142ugo\u015bci od 36 do 54 metr&oacute;w, po czym ok\u0142adane gumow\u0105 otulin\u0105 wibroizolacyjn\u0105 z bok&oacute;w i od do\u0142u. Tak oklejona szyna podnoszona jest na bramkach monta\u017cowych, gdzie ustawiana jest we w\u0142a\u015bciwym poziomie i pionie (wisi w powietrzu) i nast\u0119puje betonowanie torowiska. &#8211; To ju\u017c jest beton konstrukcyjny, do kt&oacute;rego stosowane jest tzw. zbrojenie rozproszone &#8211; w postaci wi&oacute;rek polipropylenowych &#8211; m&oacute;wi dyr. Wi\u015bniewski. Beton wype\u0142nia przestrze\u0144 pod szynami (oko\u0142o 20 centymetr&oacute;w mi\u0119dzy mat\u0105 wibroizolacyjn\u0105 a doln\u0105 otulin\u0105 szyny) i nast\u0119pnie dochodzi z jej bok&oacute;w &#8211; do wysoko\u015bci oko\u0142o 4 centymetr&oacute;w poni\u017cej g\u0142&oacute;wki szyny. W ten spos&oacute;b szyna ostatecznie znajduje si\u0119 w betonowej kieszonce. Ostatni\u0105 warstw\u0105 torowiska jest asfalt twardolany &#8211; wytrzyma\u0142y, odporny na koleiny. &#8211; W tej technologii t\u0142umienie drga\u0144 jest podw&oacute;jne;raz robi to mata wibroizolacyjna, drugi &#8211; ok\u0142adziny samej szyny &#8211; m&oacute;wi dyr.
