Ale to nie jedyna du\u017ca inwestycja infrastrukturalna producenta w Polsce. W grudniu ubieg\u0142ego roku w fabryce taboru szynowego ALSTOM Konstal S.A. w Chorzowie otwarte zosta\u0142y dwie nowe hale produkcyjne: lakiernia oraz hala spawalniczo-monta\u017cowa. \u0141\u0105czna warto\u015b\u0107 tej inwestycji wynios\u0142a 32,8 mln z\u0142. Otwarcie nowych hal umo\u017cliwi zwi\u0119kszenie zdolno\u015bci produkcyjnych w zakresie malowania pude\u0142 poci\u0105g&oacute;w z 20 do 40 sztuk oraz produkcji pude\u0142 stalowych z 20 do 40-50 sztuk w skali miesi\u0105ca. W ramach budowy nowej lakierni o powierzchni 2000 m&sup2;powsta\u0142y dwie nowoczesne kabiny lakiernicze, cztery stanowiska tzw. przygotowalni oraz zainstalowano przesuwnice do transportu pude\u0142 poci\u0105g&oacute;w. W pierwszej kolejno\u015bci w lakierni b\u0119dzie realizowany projekt LINT dla niemieckiego operatora kolejowego Deutsche Bahn (DB). W drugiej, nowej hali spawalniczo-monta\u017cowej o powierzchni 6800 m&sup2;b\u0119dzie realizowany tzw. &bdquo;czarny monta\u017c&rdquo;- proces spawania poszczeg&oacute;lnych element&oacute;w konstrukcji pude\u0142 poci\u0105g&oacute;w regionalnych.<\/div>\n<div align=\"center\"><a title=\"Hale Alstomu w Chorzowie\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Hale Alstomu w Chorzowie\" alt=\"Hale Alstomu w Chorzowie\" src=\"http:\/\/www.infobus.pl\/files2\/53040\/1_760.jpg\" \/><\/a><a title=\"Hale monta\u017cowe w Chorzowie (foto: Alstom)\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Hale monta\u017cowe w Chorzowie (foto: Alstom)\" alt=\"Hale monta\u017cowe w Chorzowie (foto: Alstom)\" src=\"http:\/\/www.infobus.pl\/files2\/53040\/2_760.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div>Chorzowski Alstom Konstal S.A. jest jedn\u0105 z 32 fabryk taboru szynowego w Grupie Alstom.<\/div>\n<div>Dzi\u0119ki kompleksowej realizacji projekt&oacute;w w zakresie produkcji poci\u0105g&oacute;w metra typu Metropolis dla Amsterdamu i Budapesztu fabryka w Chorzowie sta\u0142a sie jednym z g\u0142&oacute;wnych centr&oacute;w produkcji wagon&oacute;w metra w koncernie Alstom. Obecnie niemal 100 procent wyrob&oacute;w fabryki przeznaczonych jest na eksport. Dotychczas Alstom zainwestowa\u0142 w chorzowskiej fabryce ponad 267 mln z\u0142 (lata 1997-2012). W kolejnym roku planowane jest zwi\u0119kszenie zatrudnienia z 800 do oko\u0142o 1150 os&oacute;b, co przy podwojeniu produkcji z u\u017cyciem najnowszych urz\u0105dze\u0144 oznacza oko\u0142o 50-procentowy wzrost wydajno\u015bci fabryki. Po tej inwestycji pora na centrum serwisowe na Olszynce Grochowskiej, kt&oacute;rego budowa b\u0119dzie kosztowa\u0142a 120 mln z\u0142. Powstanie na obszarze 2,5 ha, na kt&oacute;rym zlokalizowane zostan\u0105 m.in. hala warsztatowa i myjnia poci\u0105g&oacute;w.
