W poje\u017adzie dokonano te\u017c zmian wizualnych, m. in. wyr&oacute;wnano lini\u0119 okien oraz zmieniono stylistyk\u0119 \u015bciany czo\u0142owej. Karoseria tramwaju ma pude\u0142kowaty kszta\u0142t, pozbawiony ob\u0142o\u015bci typowych dla europejskich pojazd&oacute;w.<\/div>\n<div>Tramwaj o d\u0142ugo\u015bci 28 m osadzono na trzech w&oacute;zkach. Pierwszy i trzeci cz\u0142on s\u0105 wzgl\u0119dnie d\u0142ugie, a cz\u0142on \u015brodkowy &#8211; bardzo kr&oacute;tki i po\u0142\u0105czony przegubami z pozosta\u0142ymi. W&oacute;zki w cz\u0142onach skrajnych s\u0105 nap\u0119dzane. Tramwaj posiada 4 silniki asynchroniczne TAD-21 o mocy 125 kW ka\u017cdy, sterowane wektorowo. Masa wagonu wynosi 35 t. Prze\u015bwit to minimalnie 110 mm. Ko\u0142a maj\u0105 \u015brednic\u0119 620 mm. Minimalny promie\u0144 skr\u0119tu wagonu to 20 m. Wykorzystuj\u0105c zabudowane akumulatory o pojemno\u015bci 1280 Ah, tramwaj mo\u017ce pokona\u0107 300 metr&oacute;w bez zasilania z sieci trakcyjnej. &nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Udzia\u0142 niskiej pod\u0142ogi w d\u0142ugo\u015bci wagonu to 70%. Pomimo du\u017cej szeroko\u015bci pud\u0142a (2,5 m) siedzenia zamontowano w uk\u0142adzie 1+1, celem zapewnienia du\u017cej przestrzeni dla pasa\u017cer&oacute;w podr&oacute;zuj\u0105cych na stoj\u0105co. Liczba miejsc siedz\u0105cych wynosi 48, a liczba miejsc stoj\u0105cych (przy normie 5 os\/m<sup><font size=\"1\">2<\/font><\/sup>) to 201. Aby dosta\u0107 si\u0119 w obszar wysokiej pod\u0142ogi nale\u017cy pokona\u0107 2 stopnie poprzeczne. W \u015brodkowym cz\u0142onie zamontowano 12 siedze\u0144 ty\u0142em do okien. Uzyskana aran\u017cacja nasuwa skojarzenie z wn\u0119trzem rosyjskich wagon&oacute;w metra. Pojazd w \u015brodku wyko\u0144czono w kremowym kolorze. Por\u0119cze s\u0105 \u017c&oacute;\u0142te, a siedzenia &ndash;szare z niebieskimi nak\u0142adkami. Okna posiadaj\u0105 wysokie partie przesuwne. <\/div>\n<div>Jak dotychczas, powsta\u0142y 2 egzemplarze tramwaju 71-631. Pierwszy z nich zbudowano w 2011 roku i by\u0142 jednokierunkowy. Prototyp pomalowany w kijowskie barwy testowano w Z\u0142atoust. Nast\u0119pnie tramwaj trafi\u0142 jednak w trzech cz\u0119\u015bciach do Sankt Petersburga (2200 km od fabryki!), gdzie kursuje z numerem 5210. Drugi egzemplarz, uko\u0144czony w pa\u017adzierniku 2012 r., jest dwukierunkowy i przechodzi obecnie jazdy testowe w Z\u0142atoust.
