Pierwsze wagony powsta\u0142y w Japonii, natomiast pozosta\u0142e 332 zostan\u0105 wybudowane w fabryce zlokalizowanej w mie\u015bcie Lincoln w stanie Nebraska, natomiast finalny monta\u017c i ostateczne testy odb\u0119d\u0105 si\u0119 w zak\u0142adzie w Yonker&rsquo;s. Dodatkowo program inwestycyjny przewiduje przebudow\u0119 stacji tak, aby pomie\u015bci\u0142y sk\u0142ady o d\u0142ugo\u015bci 10 wagon&oacute;w zamiast dotychczasowych siedmiu.
