Samo PKP PR powinno dosta\u0107 w sumie a\u017c 245 mln z\u0142, z czego 140 mln jeszcze w tym roku, a reszt\u0119 w 2007. Teraz okazuje si\u0119, \u017ce najprawdopodobniej w tym roku op&oacute;\u017ani si\u0119 wyp\u0142acanie pieni\u0119dzy. Dlaczego? Bo maj\u0105 one pochodzi\u0107 z tworzonego w\u0142a\u015bnie Funduszu Kolejowego, kt&oacute;ry jeszcze nie istnieje, bo przed\u0142u\u017caj\u0105 si\u0119 procedury bankowe. Fundusz Kolejowy jest rachunkiem bankowym tworzonym w Banku Gospodarstwa Krajowego. G\u0142&oacute;wnym \u017ar&oacute;d\u0142em jego zasilania jest 20 proc. wp\u0142yw&oacute;w z op\u0142aty paliwowej. Jako \u017ce pieni\u0105dze z op\u0142aty wp\u0142ywaj\u0105 z op&oacute;\u017anieniem, 'nie nale\u017cy oczekiwa\u0107, i\u017c sp&oacute;\u0142ka PKP Przewozy Regionalne otrzyma \u015brodki z tego funduszu w najbli\u017cszym czasie i w pe\u0142nej wysoko\u015bci&#8217; &#8211; dowiadujemy si\u0119 w Ministerstwie Transportu i Budownictwa. Co to oznacza dla PKP PR i ca\u0142ej Grupy PKP? Firma mo\u017ce nie by\u0107 w stanie sp\u0142aca\u0107 rat (oko\u0142o 32 mln z\u0142 miesi\u0119cznie) wynikaj\u0105cych z ugody restrukturyzacyjnej z marca 2004 roku. W jej wyniku umorzono oko\u0142o 760 mln z\u0142 d\u0142ug&oacute;w PKP PR, czyli oko\u0142o 40 proc. &oacute;wczesnego zad\u0142u\u017cenia. Reszt\u0119 PKP PR mia\u0142a sukcesywnie sp\u0142aca\u0107 do 2007 roku. &#8211; Im p&oacute;\u017aniej dotr\u0105 do nas pieni\u0105dze, tym mniej zobowi\u0105za\u0144 bie\u017c\u0105cych b\u0119dziemy w stanie regulowa\u0107 &#8211; m&oacute;wi \u0141ukasz Kurpiewski, rzecznik PKP Przewozy Regionalne. Strac\u0105 na tym wszystkie firmy z nim wsp&oacute;\u0142pracuj\u0105ce, czyli g\u0142&oacute;wnie sp&oacute;\u0142ki z Grupy PKP &#8211; PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe (udost\u0119pniaj\u0105ca infrastruktur\u0119), PKP Cargo (po\u017cyczaj\u0105ca lokomotywy i maszynist&oacute;w) i PKP Energetyka (dostarczaj\u0105ca energi\u0119).
