Jest to linia niezmiernie wa\u017cna nie tylko dla W\u0119gier, ale r&oacute;wnie\u017c dla Austrii, bo pozwoli na skierowanie t\u0119dy cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 poci\u0105g&oacute;w kursuj\u0105cych uci\u0105\u017cliw\u0105 tras\u0105 &Ouml;BB nr 500-501 przez Semmering. Modernizacja tej linii gotowa ma by\u0107 do 2011 r. <br \/>W ramach tej inwestycji ca\u0142kowicie zmodernizowana, przebudowana na dwutorow\u0105 i zelektryfikowana zostanie 54-kilometrowa linia GySEV\/ROeEE nr 21 Szentgotth&aacute;rd &ndash;K&ouml;rmend &ndash;Szombathely, na kt&oacute;rej zamiast obecnej szybko\u015bci 80 km\/h, poci\u0105gi pop\u0119dz\u0105 120 km\/h. W podobny spos&oacute;b przebuduj\u0105 62-kilometrow\u0105 lini\u0119 GySEV\/ROeEE nr 15 Sopron &ndash;B&uuml;k &ndash;Szombathely. Cz\u0119\u015bci\u0105 tego projektu jest zakup czterech dwusystemowych (15 kV 16,7Hz AC i 25 kV 50Hz AC) sk\u0142ad&oacute;w elektrycznych, na kt&oacute;re jeszcze w tym roku rozpisz\u0105 przetarg publiczny. <br \/>W Sopron i w Szombathely zbudowane zostan\u0105 wiadukty i podziemne przej\u015bcia dla pieszych w celu oddzielenia trasy od ruchu pieszego i ko\u0142owego. Na 115-kilometrowej trasie Sopron-Szentgotth&aacute;rd najmniej o p&oacute;\u0142 godziny skr&oacute;cony zostanie czas przejazdu poci\u0105g&oacute;w. Inwestycja realizowana zostanie w ten spos&oacute;b, a\u017ceby nie by\u0142o \u017cadnych przeszk&oacute;d w kursowaniu zar&oacute;wno w\u0119gierskich jak i austriackich poci\u0105g&oacute;w. <br \/>Od lutego tego roku r&oacute;wnie\u017c GySEV\/ROeEE nie ominie reorganizacja: przewozy pasa\u017cerskie organizowane b\u0119d\u0105 w zupe\u0142nie nowej sp&oacute;\u0142ce-c&oacute;rce, kt&oacute;ra \u015bci\u015ble wsp&oacute;\u0142pracowa\u0107 b\u0119dzie z sekcj\u0105 pasa\u017cersk\u0105 austriackich kolei &Ouml;sterreichische Bundesbahnen (&Ouml;BB) oraz w\u0119gierskimi kolejami pasa\u017cerskimi M&Aacute;V Start. <br \/>W podobny spos&oacute;b przewozy towarowe GySEV\/ROeEE znajd\u0105 si\u0119 w samodzielnej sp&oacute;\u0142ce-c&oacute;rce i dzi\u0119ki temu zostan\u0105 znacznie umocnione w my\u015bl \u017cycze\u0144 europejskiego urz\u0119du konkurencyjnego.
