Zasadnicze prace na szlaku Bytom \u2013 Zabrze Biskupice \u2013 Maciej\u00f3w obj\u0119\u0142y \u0142\u0105cznie ok. 11,9 km linii kolejowych i zako\u0144czy\u0142y si\u0119 w pa\u017adzierniku ub. roku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poci\u0105gi towarowe mog\u0105 tam je\u017adzi\u0107 z pr\u0119dko\u015bci\u0105 do 100 km\/h \u2013 trzykrotnie szybciej ni\u017c przed modernizacj\u0105. Po\u0142\u0105czenie z Gliwic do Bytomia ko\u0144czy si\u0119 wjazdem na modernizowan\u0105 obecnie lini\u0119 nr 131, tzw. magistral\u0119 w\u0119glow\u0105.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Znaczna cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 poci\u0105g\u00f3w towarowych doje\u017cd\u017ca do Maciejowa od strony zabrza\u0144skiej dzielnicy Makoszowy, dok\u0105d prowadzi linia kolejowa nr 672. Jest ona po\u0142\u0105czona z lini\u0105 nr 141 Katowice Ligota \u2013 Gliwice, czyli g\u0142\u00f3wnym towarowym po\u0142\u0105czeniem w osi wsch\u00f3d zach\u00f3d \u015bl\u0105skich miast od ich po\u0142udniowej strony, oraz z lini\u0105 nr 149 Zabrze Makoszowy \u2013 Leszczyny, wiod\u0105c\u0105 m.in. od rybnickich kopal\u0144.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dot\u0105d stan zbudowanej w 1966 r. linii nr 672 umo\u017cliwia prowadzenie tam poci\u0105g\u00f3w z pr\u0119dko\u015bci\u0105 do 30 km\/h, a nawierzchnia torowa pochodzi z lat 80 ub. wieku. \u015arednio pokonuje j\u0105 35 par poci\u0105g\u00f3w na dob\u0119. PLK chc\u0105 teraz w przetargu zam\u00f3wi\u0107 zaprojektowanie i wykonanie rob\u00f3t maj\u0105cych podnie\u015b\u0107 parametry tej linii, w tym jej rozk\u0142adow\u0105 pr\u0119dko\u015b\u0107 do 60 km\/h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ePrzedmiotem zam\u00f3wienia jest zaprojektowanie oraz wykonanie rob\u00f3t dla dwutorowej linii kolejowej nr 672 na odcinku od km 0,000 do km 2,765 w zakresie bran\u017cy torowej, mostowej, budynkowej, automatyki i telekomunikacji oraz energetyki\u201d \u2013 zaznaczono w dokumentacji przetargowej. Podkre\u015blono, \u017ce prace powinny zosta\u0107 skoordynowane m.in. z przeprowadzonymi na linii Bytom \u2013 Maciej\u00f3w P\u0142n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prace na odcinku Bytom \u2013 Maciej\u00f3w P\u0142n. obj\u0119\u0142y wymian\u0119 ok. 18 km tor\u00f3w, 30 km sieci trakcyjnej i 21 rozjazd\u00f3w. Odnowiono te\u017c trzy nastawnie \u2013 jedn\u0105 w Maciejowie P\u00f3\u0142nocnym i dwie w Zabrzu Biskupicach, a tak\u017ce wiadukt kolejowy na szlaku Bytom Bobrek \u2013 Zabrze Biskupice. Dofinansowanie pochodzi\u0142o z unijnego Programu Operacyjnego Infrastruktura i \u015arodowisko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt dotycz\u0105cy linii nr 672 jest planowany do realizacji ze \u015brodk\u00f3w Krajowego Programu Odbudowy i Zwi\u0119kszania Odporno\u015bci.
