Praca zdalna mo\u017ce sta\u0107 si\u0119 standardem, podobnie jak nauka np. na uczelniach. Powoduje to mniejsz\u0105 potrzeb\u0119 przemieszczania si\u0119. Mniejszy wzrost odnotowano na poziomie pracy eksploatacyjnej, kt\u00f3ra wynios\u0142a 15,54 mln poci\u0105gokilometr\u00f3w, o 1,1 mln wi\u0119cej (+7,4%). \u015arednia odleg\u0142o\u015b\u0107 przejazdu wynios\u0142a 62,6 km i by\u0142a o 4,8 km d\u0142u\u017csza ni\u017c w grudniu 2020 roku.
