U\u017cytkownikiem pojazd\u00f3w na dzie\u0144 zawarcia umowy jest sp\u00f3\u0142ka Koleje Ma\u0142opolskie wykonuj\u0105ca przewozy kolejowe na podstawie umowy o \u015bwiadczenie us\u0142ug publicznych w zakresie kolejowych przewoz\u00f3w pasa\u017cerskich na terenie wojew\u00f3dztwa ma\u0142opolskiego.
