Koleje Mazowieckie przedstawi\u0142y poprawion\u0105 wersj\u0119 wniosku.<\/p>\n\n\n<style>h1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6{margin:0 0 1.25rem;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;font-weight:600;color:#050505}h1{font-size:1.875rem;line-height:1.1em;text-transform:none}@media(min-width: 768px){h1{font-size:2.375rem}}h2{font-size:1.1875rem;line-height:1.2em;text-transform:uppercase}@media(min-width: 768px){h2{font-size:1.0625rem}}h3{font-size:0.9375rem;line-height:1.4em;font-weight:900;margin-bottom:0.9375rem}h4{font-size:0.875rem;line-height:1.2em;font-weight:500}h5{font-size:0.9375rem;line-height:1.6;font-weight:400}h6{font-size:0.9375rem;line-height:1.6;font-weight:600}\n<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do 2026 roku<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Przewo\u017anik planuje wykonywa\u0107 przejazdy na trasie Warszawa Zachodnia \u2013 Ustka i w relacji powrotnej codziennie w okresie wakacji szkolnych (letnich), w terminie od 25 czerwca 2022 r. do 31 sierpnia 2026 r., tj. w rocznych rozk\u0142adach jazdy poci\u0105g\u00f3w: 2021\/2022, 2022\/2023, 2023\/2024, 2024\/2025 oraz 2025\/2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Przekazany przez Koleje Mazowieckie wniosek wymaga\u0142 uzupe\u0142nienia m.in. w zakresie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>przedstawionego rozk\u0142adu jazdy poci\u0105g\u00f3w;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>spodziewanych ewentualnych odst\u0119pstw od standardowego rozk\u0142adu jazdy pod wzgl\u0119dem cz\u0119stotliwo\u015bci kursowania lub stacji zatrzymania dla ka\u017cdego z kierunk\u00f3w;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>wyst\u0119powania w przedstawionej dokumentacji szczeg\u00f3lnie chronionych informacji handlowych;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po spe\u0142nieniu przez Koleje Mazowieckie wymog\u00f3w prawnych mo\u017cliwe by\u0142o opublikowanie przez Prezesa Urz\u0119du Transportu Kolejowego (Prezesa UTK) jawnej wersji powiadomienia w sprawie uruchomienia nowego po\u0142\u0105czenia na trasie krajowej.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W zwi\u0105zku z otrzymaniem od Kolei Mazowieckich powiadomienia o proponowanych nowych kolejowych przewozach pasa\u017cerskich uruchomiona zosta\u0142a stosowna procedura przewidziana rozporz\u0105dzeniem 2018\/1795. Zgodnie z art. 4 ust. 4 tego aktu normatywnego organ regulacyjny publikuje na swojej stronie internetowej standardowy formularz powiadomienia sk\u0142adany przez wnioskodawc\u0119 i bez zb\u0119dnej zw\u0142oki, najp\u00f3\u017aniej w terminie 10 dni od otrzymania wype\u0142nionego formularza powiadomienia, powiadamia nast\u0119puj\u0105ce podmioty:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ka\u017cdy w\u0142a\u015bciwy organ, kt\u00f3ry zawar\u0142 umow\u0119 o \u015bwiadczenie us\u0142ug publicznych w zakresie kolejowych przewoz\u00f3w pasa\u017cerskich na tej trasie lub trasie alternatywnej w rozumieniu dyrektywy 2012\/34\/UE;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ka\u017cdy inny zainteresowany w\u0142a\u015bciwy organ maj\u0105cy prawo ograniczenia dost\u0119pu na mocy art. 11 dyrektywy 2012\/34\/UE;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ka\u017cde przedsi\u0119biorstwo kolejowe prowadz\u0105ce przewozy w ramach umowy o \u015bwiadczenie us\u0142ug publicznych na trasie nowych kolejowych przewoz\u00f3w pasa\u017cerskich lub na trasie alternatywnej.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Termin do wniesienia wniosk\u00f3w o badanie r\u00f3wnowagi ekonomicznej wynosi jeden miesi\u0105c i rozpoczyna sw\u00f3j bieg, w ka\u017cdym przypadku indywidualnie, od momentu dor\u0119czenia podmiotom uprawnionym jawnej wersji powiadomienia.
