Ponadto powinna ona by\u0107 udzielona pod pewnymi warunkami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Federalny minister finans\u00f3w wola\u0142by raczej wyp\u0142aci\u0107 pieni\u0105dze w tym roku, ni\u017c obci\u0105\u017cy\u0107 nimi i tak napi\u0119ty plan bud\u017cetowy na 2021 r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Konkurenci protestuj\u0105<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Konkurenci kolejowi, kt\u00f3rzy postrzegaj\u0105 te zobowi\u0105zania jako nadmiern\u0105 preferencj\u0119 dla pa\u0144stwowej sp\u00f3\u0142ki, r\u00f3wnie\u017c daj\u0105 do my\u015blenia komisji. Stowarzyszenia kolejowe Network European Railways (NEE) i Mofair w li\u015bcie do kanclerz Angeli Merkel zwracaj\u0105 uwag\u0119, \u017ce planowana pomoc dla DB jeszcze bardziej zak\u0142\u00f3ci konkurencj\u0119 i zagrozi r\u00f3\u017cnorodno\u015bci ofert na kolei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Firmy kolejowe, kt\u00f3re nie s\u0105 cz\u0119\u015bci\u0105 DB, s\u0105 r\u00f3wnie\u017c &#8222;istotne systemowo&#8221;. Maj\u0105 one ponad 50 procent udzia\u0142u w rynku transportu towarowego i oko\u0142o 40 procent w lokalnym transporcie pasa\u017cerskim. Nale\u017cy wyra\u017anie rozr\u00f3\u017cni\u0107, kt\u00f3re straty przedsi\u0119biorstw s\u0105 wynikiem pandemii, a kt\u00f3re s\u0105 wynikiem b\u0142\u0119d\u00f3w zarz\u0105dzania &#8211; pisze FAZ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W Niemczech funkcjonuje \u0142\u0105cznie oko\u0142o 350 przewo\u017anik\u00f3w kolejowych, w tym 26 przewo\u017anik\u00f3w b\u0119d\u0105cych w\u0142asno\u015bci\u0105 skarbu pa\u0144stwa oraz 324 prywatnych.
