Jednak coraz wi\u0119cej maszynist\u00f3w,kt\u00f3rzy osi\u0105gaj\u0105 wiek emerytalny, decyduje si\u0119 kontynuowa\u0107 swoj\u0105 prac\u0119. Maj\u0105wiedz\u0119 i do\u015bwiadczenie, kt\u00f3re budowali latami, ale przede wszystkim maj\u0105 pasj\u0119do wykonywanego zawodu. W KM obecnie jest ich 72. <\/p>\n<p>Rozpoczynali prac\u0119, kiedy istnia\u0142o jedno PKP, s\u0142u\u017cba trwa\u0142anawet trzy dni, a torba maszynisty musia\u0142a pomie\u015bci\u0107 zar\u00f3wno prowiant na tenczas, jak i rozk\u0142ady jazd, wykazy, instrukcje, latark\u0119, podstawowe narz\u0119dzia.Przeszli przez czas zmian, podzia\u0142 PKP, informatyzacj\u0119 i unowocze\u015bnianietaboru. Dzisiaj w swoich torbach nosz\u0105 tablet i telefon, a do domu wracaj\u0105 po12 godzinach s\u0142u\u017cby. Osi\u0105gn\u0119li wiek emerytalny, ale zamiast spokojnego \u017cyciaemeryta w wygodnym fotelu i kapciach wol\u0105 fotel maszynisty. Dlaczegozdecydowali si\u0119 nie i\u015b\u0107 na emerytur\u0119, a nadal je\u017adzi\u0107? <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: italic\">Teraz jest ten etap,kiedy troch\u0119 odrabiam czas z m\u0142odszych lat, kiedy si\u0119 je\u017adzi\u0142o na d\u0142ugies\u0142u\u017cby. \u017bona jest na emeryturze, mam wnuki i wi\u0119cej czasu dla najbli\u017cszych.Natomiast\u00a0 zami\u0142owanie do kolei zosta\u0142o,tu si\u0119 nic nie zmieni\u0142o. Bo do tej pracy trzeba mie\u0107 pasj\u0119. Trzeba j\u0105 pokocha\u0107,jak si\u0119 kiedy\u015b pokocha\u0142o \u017con\u0119. Gdyby wr\u00f3ci\u0142y moje m\u0142odzie\u0144cze lata, z ca\u0142\u0105pewno\u015bci\u0105 jeszcze raz chcia\u0142bym zosta\u0107 maszynist\u0105<\/span> \u2013 m\u00f3wi Marian Wasiak,maszynista KM, kt\u00f3ry za nastawnikiem sp\u0119dzi\u0142 41 lat.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: italic\">To jest moja pasja izaj\u0119cie, kt\u00f3re mnie poci\u0105ga. Ca\u0142e \u017cycie lubi\u0142em t\u0119 prac\u0119, dlatego ci\u0105gle j\u0105wykonuj\u0119, teraz na p\u00f3\u0142 etatu, cho\u0107 teoretycznie od o\u015bmiu lat powinienem by\u0107 naemeryturze. Na szcz\u0119\u015bcie zdrowie pozwala mi robi\u0107 to, co lubi\u0119<\/span> \u2013 m\u00f3wiFranciszek Kotelba, kt\u00f3ry jako maszynista prowadzi poci\u0105gi ju\u017c od 42 lat. <\/p>\n<p>Obecnie w Kolejach Mazowieckich pracuje 610 maszynist\u00f3w, wtym 72, kt\u00f3rzy osi\u0105gn\u0119li ju\u017c wiek emerytalny. Sp\u00f3\u0142ka ma tak\u017ce 17 maszynist\u00f3winstruktor\u00f3w. <\/p>\n<p>Od 2012 roku KM systematycznie organizuj\u0105 szkolenia nastanowisko maszynisty. Do chwili obecnej ponad 420 absolwent\u00f3w szkole\u0144organizowanych przez Sp\u00f3\u0142k\u0119 zosta\u0142o zatrudnionych i prowadzi poci\u0105gi. Aktualnietrwaj\u0105 szkolenia na \u015bwiadectwo maszynisty, w ramach kt\u00f3rych na maszynistki ucz\u0105si\u0119 dwie Panie: Gabriela Kara\u015b &#8211; odbywa ostatni etap szkolenia, czyli jazdypraktyczne pod nadzorem, oraz Marta Kucharska &#8211; aktualnie znajduje si\u0119 naetapie sta\u017cu stanowiskowego oraz szkolenia praktycznego w zakresie pracy przyczynno\u015bciach maszynisty.
