Pierwszy z nich przebywa w dyspozycjisp\u00f3\u0142ki Alstom Konstal S.A. na potrzeby przeprowadzenia test\u00f3w homologacyjnych wNiemczech, Austrii i Republice Czeskiej na mocy zawartego Porozumienia wprzedmiotowej sprawie pomi\u0119dzy ,,PKP Intercity&#8221; S.A a Konsorcjum Alstom KonstalSA i Alstom Ferrovaria S.p.A. Zako\u0144czenie test\u00f3w homologacyjnych planowane by\u0142ona 27 marca 2020 r. Natomiast sp\u00f3\u0142ka Alstom w zwi\u0105zku z obecn\u0105 sytuacj\u0105epidemiologiczn\u0105 zwr\u00f3ci\u0142a si\u0119 do sp\u00f3\u0142ki PKP IC o przed\u0142u\u017cenie udost\u0119pnieniapojazdu na potrzeby przedmiotowych test\u00f3w do dnia 3 czerwca 2020 r.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Drugi sk\u0142ad zosta\u0142 wy\u0142\u0105czony z eksploatacji w wyniku uszkodze\u0144powsta\u0142ych po wypadku z samochodem ci\u0119\u017carowym w m. Ozimek w dniu 7 kwietnia2017 r. Trwa obecnie naprawa powypadkowa. Kontraktowy termin zako\u0144czenianaprawy to 21 lipca 2021 r.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Nale\u017cy jednak pami\u0119ta\u0107, \u017ce w zwi\u0105zku z epidemi\u0105 koronawirusaobecnie sk\u0142ady ED250 nie kursuj\u0105.
