W zwi\u0105zku z tym wczoraj odby\u0142a si\u0119 w Se\u017eana uroczysto\u015b\u0107, w kt&oacute;rej udzia\u0142 wzi\u0105\u0142 Minister Komunikacji Janez Bo\u017ei\u010d, pod\u017cupan Se\u017eana Bo\u017eo Marinac i generalny dyrektor kolei Slovensk&eacute;\u017eeljeznice Peter Puhan. By\u0107 mo\u017ce w\u0142a\u015bnie ten jubileusz sk\u0142oni\u0142 S\u0142owe\u0144c&oacute;w i W\u0142och&oacute;w do odnowienia wsp&oacute;lnego odcinka tej linii. <br \/>Jak poinformowa\u0142o ministerstwo komunikacji S\u0142owenii, jeszcze w grudniu 2005 roku minister komunikacji Janez Bo\u017ei\u010d wraz z innymi partnerami podpisa\u0142 dokument o finansowaniu i opracowaniu pa\u0144stwowej dokumentacji modernizacji linii kolejowej Triest&mdash;Diva\u010da&mdash;Pre&scaron;nica&mdash;Koper, stanowi\u0105cej cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 V europejskiego korytarza kolejowego. Odcinek Triest&mdash;Diva\u010da ma d\u0142ugo\u015bci 30 km, Diva\u010da&mdash;Pre&scaron;nica&mdash;Koper &#8211; 50 km. Jego dokumentacja ma by\u0107 gotowa do wrze\u015bnia tego roku, a projekt techniczny do czerwca 2008 roku. W&oacute;wczas to powinny ruszy\u0107 konkretne prace na tej linii, kt&oacute;re potrwaj\u0105 do 2013 roku. Wed\u0142ug wcze\u015bniejszych szacunk&oacute;w, przebudowa trasy po stronie w\u0142oskiej kosztowa\u0107 mia\u0142a 44 milion&oacute;w euro, a pozosta\u0142ej 20 kilometrowej cz\u0119\u015bci od granicy do Diva\u010da oko\u0142o 22 milion&oacute;w euro. Ale poniewa\u017c wsz\u0119dzie w Europie ceny sukcesywnie wzrastaj\u0105, odcinek Triest&mdash;Diva\u010d kosztowa\u0107 b\u0119dzie jednak wi\u0119cej jak 62,4 milion&oacute;w euro. Z tego 50%, czyli 31,2 miliony pochodzi\u0107 b\u0119dzie ze \u017ar&oacute;d\u0142a TEN-T, a pozosta\u0142e z funduszy bud\u017cetowych. Trasa Diva\u010da&mdash;Koper poch\u0142onie oko\u0142o 248 milion&oacute;w euro, z czego rz\u0105d S\u0142owenii pokryje 139 milion&oacute;w euro a TEN-T 41,69 milion&oacute;w euro, czyli tylko 30% koszt&oacute;w ca\u0142ej inwestycji. Nie wiadomo jeszcze, ile koszt&oacute;w przejmie na siebie strona w\u0142oska, tym bardziej, \u017ce odcinek Se\u017eana&mdash;Triest od Vila Opicina do Triestu biegnie ju\u017c na terytorium W\u0142och. <br \/>Projekt ten nie podoba si\u0119 po\u0142udniowym s\u0105siadom. Pow&oacute;d jest prosty &ndash;konkurencja. Jak pisze chorwacka gazeta Vje\u010dernij list, w Chorwacji ro\u015bnie zdenerwowanie z powodu podpisania s\u0142owe\u0144sko-w\u0142oskiej umowy o modernizacji i przebudowie linii kolejowej Triest-Diva\u010da-Koper.
