Blisko 80 proc. z tego stanowi\u0142y w\u0119glarki.<\/div>\n<div>Inwestycje w tabor obj\u0119\u0142y r&oacute;wnie\u017c modernizacj\u0119 lokomotyw. W pierwszym p&oacute;\u0142roczu 2014 roku PKP CARGO zmodernizowa\u0142o 10 lokomotyw spalinowych serii SM48, wydaj\u0105c na ten cel prawie 46,5 mln z\u0142. W lokomotywach zastosowano nowoczesny silnik spalinowy, prawie dwukrotnie zwi\u0119kszaj\u0105c ich moc znamionow\u0105, z 882 kW do 1550 kW. Nowy silnik zu\u017cywa te\u017c mniej paliwa, dzi\u0119ki czemu b\u0119d\u0105 mo\u017cliwe dalsze oszcz\u0119dno\u015bci. Zakres modernizacji pozwoli\u0142 na zmian\u0119 serii lokomotywy na ST48.
