Decyduje o tym zmniejszenie czasu podr&oacute;\u017cy. Modernizacje linii kolejowych w Polsce umo\u017cliwiaj\u0105 jedynie odtworzenie ich oryginalnych parametr&oacute;w, wi\u0119c nie daj\u0105 takiego efektu skr&oacute;cenia czasu podr&oacute;\u017cy, jak budowa drogi ekspresowej czy autostrady.
