R&oacute;wnocze\u015bnie ruszy\u0142y prace zwi\u0105zane z budow\u0105 tunelu dla miejskiego transportu szynowego. Ponad peronami mia\u0142 si\u0119 z kolei znale\u017a\u0107 parking dla samochod&oacute;w. W s\u0105siedztwie przewidziano te\u017c dworzec autobusowy.<\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><a title=\"Dworzec od strony galerii\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"kr1_760\" alt=\"kr1_760\" src=\"https:\/\/transinfo.pl\/wp-content\/archiwum\/files2\/63283\/kr1_760.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div>Inwestycja trwa\u0142a przez dziesi\u0119ciolecia i stopniowo ewoluowa\u0142a. Dopiero w 2005 r. uruchomiono Regionalny Dworzec Autobusowy s\u0105siaduj\u0105cy z obiektem kolejowym. W mi\u0119dzyczasie inwestycj\u0119 rozszerzono o cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 komercyjn\u0105 &ndash;ogromn\u0105 Galeri\u0119 Krakowsk\u0105, uruchomion\u0105 w 2006 r. P&oacute;\u017aniej, w 2008 r., oddano tunel, kt&oacute;ry wykorzysta\u0142a linia szybkiego tramwaju. Natomiast dopiero w lutym 2014 r. uruchomiono podziemny dworzec. Jego uko\u0144czenie kosztowa\u0142o 134 mln z\u0142. Dworzec by\u0142by otwarty rok wcze\u015bniej, gdyby nie upad\u0142o\u015b\u0107 wykonawcy inwestycji.<\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><a title=\"Widok na wn\u0119trze\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"kr8_760\" alt=\"kr8_760\" src=\"https:\/\/transinfo.pl\/wp-content\/archiwum\/files2\/63283\/kr8_760.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div>Obecny podziemny dworzec, umieszczony pod peronami, posiada dwa r&oacute;wnoleg\u0142e pasa\u017ce. Jeden z nich obejmuje kasy biletowe i miejsca do siedzenia i oczekiwania na poci\u0105g, a drugi &ndash;sklepy. Po obu stronach pasa\u017cy znajduj\u0105 si\u0119 wyj\u015bcia na perony, kt&oacute;re s\u0105 os\u0142oni\u0119te zadaszeniem. Schodami ruchomymi mo\u017cna zjecha\u0107 z dworca bezpo\u015brednio na przystanek w tunelu szybkiego tramwaju. Z dworca id\u0105c w jedn\u0105 stron\u0119 mo\u017cna przej\u015b\u0107 na teren dworca autobusowego, a w drug\u0105 stron\u0119 do poziomu -1 galerii handlowej.
