SCMT jest to urz\u0105dzenie kontroluj\u0105ce pr\u0119dko\u015b\u0107, kt&oacute;re jest montowane na wszystkich lokomotywach je\u017cd\u017c\u0105cych we W\u0142oszech. Od 1 lipca 2008 roku b\u0119dzie ono obowi\u0105zkowe. Wyposa\u017cenie to zostanie zamontowane na 30 lokomotywach serii BB36000, wyposa\u017conych w silniki asynchroniczne oraz mog\u0105cych porusza\u0107 si\u0119 pod trzema napi\u0119ciami (25kV 50 Hz, 1,5 kV= oraz 3kV=). System zostanie opracowany w zak\u0142adach koncernu w Bologna, oraz zainstalowany przez w\u0142oski zesp&oacute;\u0142 TLS, w zak\u0142adach w Savigliano. Proces wdro\u017cenia jest planowany na przesz\u0142o 24 miesi\u0105ce, z kt&oacute;rych 10 zostanie po\u015bwi\u0119cone na ustalenie sposobu instalacji oraz pr&oacute;bny monta\u017c na prototypowej lokomotywie.
