Prawo przewozowe. W toku post\u0119powania Prezes UTK ustali\u0142, \u017ce Sp&oacute;\u0142ka nie zapewnia w\u0142a\u015bciwego utrzymania pojazd&oacute;w i eksploatuje pojazdy niespe\u0142niaj\u0105ce wymaga\u0144 bezpiecze\u0144stwa. Eksploatacja pojazd&oacute;w kolejowych przeznaczonych do przewozu os&oacute;b z niesprawnymi urz\u0105dzeniami zapewniaj\u0105cymi bezpiecze\u0144stwo pasa\u017cer&oacute;w, w tym tak elementarnych jak uk\u0142ad automatycznego zamykania drzwi bocznych, bezpo\u015brednio zagra\u017ca bezpiecze\u0144stwu ruchu kolejowego oraz zdrowiu i \u017cyciu pasa\u017cer&oacute;w.
