Unia Europejska, zdaniem pos\u0142&oacute;w, musi pilnie u\u015bci\u015bli\u0107 swoje prawodawstwo, by wesprze\u0107 kolejnictwo, zapobiec dalszemu zat\u0142oczeniu na drogach i poprawi\u0107 sytuacj\u0119 \u015brodowiska naturalnego. <br \/>Nowe zasady maj\u0105 sprzyja\u0107 rozwojowi us\u0142ugi mi\u0119dzynarodowego przewozu towar&oacute;w i os&oacute;b, a tak\u017ce poprawi\u0105 ich jako\u015b\u0107. Nad uczciwo\u015bci\u0105 konkurencji czuwa\u0107 b\u0119d\u0105 niezale\u017cni regulatorzy. <br \/>W kolejowych firmach przewozowych i u zarz\u0105dc&oacute;w infrastruktury prowadzona ma by\u0107 odr\u0119bna i przejrzysta rachunkowo\u015b\u0107, co zapobiega\u0107 powinno nielegalnym przelewom pieni\u0119dzy publicznych pomi\u0119dzy firmami, nawet je\u017celi nale\u017c\u0105 do tej samej sp&oacute;\u0142ki.
