Wyniki bada\u0144 zosta\u0142y zestawione i por&oacute;wnane z rezultatami ankiet przeprowadzonych w WARS-ie w roku 2009. <br \/>Celem badania by\u0142a ocena oferty i us\u0142ug oferowanych przez WARS, a tak\u017ce sprawdzenie stopnia satysfakcji klient&oacute;w korzystaj\u0105cych z oferty wagon&oacute;w gastronomicznych oraz z oferty w&oacute;zka barowego w por&oacute;wnaniu do roku 2009. Wyniki pos\u0142u\u017c\u0105 do opracowania oferty odpowiadaj\u0105cej na potrzeby klient&oacute;w. <br \/>Z przeprowadzonych w maju br. ankiet wynika, \u017ce dwie trzecie klient&oacute;w pozytywnie ocenia us\u0142ugi \u015bwiadczone przez wagony WARS (lekki wzrost w por&oacute;wnaniu z 2009 roku). Je\u015bli chodzi o ofert\u0119 w&oacute;zka barowego, to pozytywnie ocenia j\u0105 ponad 60% respondent&oacute;w. <br \/>W ci\u0105gu ostatnich trzech lat liczba klient&oacute;w WARS-u zwi\u0119kszy\u0142a si\u0119.
