Pierwszy wsp\u00f3lny projekt obu podmiot\u00f3w dotyczy pilota\u017cowego programu u\u017cytkowania ma\u0142ego autobusu elektrycznego zasilanego ogniwami paliwowymi w systemie szybkiego transportu autobusowego na linii Hikoboshi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wodorowy minibus od Toyoty<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Toyota opracowa\u0142a prototyp ma\u0142ego autobusu FC, opartego na 20-miejscowej Toyocie Coaster. Autobus ma 6 990 mm d\u0142ugo\u015bci, 2 100 mm szeroko\u015bci i 2 630 mm wysoko\u015bci i b\u0119dzie wyposa\u017cony w 14 miejsc siedz\u0105cych. Nap\u0119d autobusu stanowi\u0105 wodorowe ogniwa paliwowe Toyota Mirai drugiej generacji. Autobus ten jest bezemisyjny i przyjazny dla \u015brodowiska, a jednocze\u015bnie nie b\u0119dzie wymaga\u0142 d\u0142ugotrwa\u0142ego \u0142adowania baterii, gdy\u017c tankowanie wodoru trwa tylko kilka minut. Nap\u0119d FCEV opiera si\u0119 na silniku elektrycznym zasilanym energi\u0105 produkowan\u0105 na bie\u017c\u0105co w ogniwach paliwowych, w reakcji chemicznej wodoru i tlenu, kt\u00f3rej jedynym produktem ubocznym jest czysta woda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pojazd ma by\u0107 przeznaczony do obs\u0142ugi 40-kilometrowego odcinka w prefekturach Fukuoka i \u014cita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Najpierw testy, a potem seryjna produkcja<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Partnerem pilota\u017cu, w kt\u00f3rym ma by\u0107 eksploatowany wodorowy minibus od Toyoty, jest Kyushu Railway Company (JR Kyushu). Podmiot ten b\u0119dzie operatorem linii autobusowej Hikoboshi. Ma by\u0107 to linia zast\u0119pcza mi\u0119dzy stacjami kolejowymi Soeda i Hita, gdzie ulewne deszcze uszkodzi\u0142y 40-kilometrowy odcinek linii kolejowej JR Hitahikosan. Testy prototypowego autobusu s\u0105 zaplanowane na okres od jesieni 2023 roku do wiosny 2025 roku.
