Tutaj brane by\u0142y m.in. takie kryteria jak g\u0119sto\u015b\u0107 zaludnienia, liczba linii komunikacyjnych, ich d\u0142ugo\u015b\u0107 czy ilo\u015b\u0107 zatrzyma\u0144 autobusu na przystankach. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W tym rozdaniu FRPA cztery powiaty: \u017cywiecki, cieszy\u0144ski, wodzis\u0142awski i k\u0142obucki (w kolejno\u015bci od najwy\u017cszej do najni\u017cszej uzyskanej warto\u015bci punktowej) znalaz\u0142y si\u0119 na li\u015bcie rezerwowej i je\u015bli znajd\u0105 si\u0119 oszcz\u0119dno\u015bci, w\u00f3wczas b\u0119dzie szansa na podpisanie umowy na dofinansowanie.
