Oznacza to, \u017ce prowadz\u0105 w\u0142asn\u0105 dzia\u0142alno\u015b\u0107 gospodarcz\u0105 i obs\u0142uguj\u0105 po\u0142\u0105czenia taborem wynaj\u0119tym od PKS. Jednak znaczna cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 kierowc\u00f3w skar\u017cy si\u0119, \u017ce umowy te s\u0105 dla nich niekorzystne &#8211; czytamy w &#8222;Gazecie Wyborczej &#8211; Praca&#8221;. Kierowca-operator musi bowiem op\u0142aca\u0107 miesi\u0119czn\u0105 stawk\u0119 za dzier\u017caw\u0119 pojazdu, a tak\u017ce za ka\u017cdy przejechany kilometr, dzieli\u0107 si\u0119 dochodami z bilet\u00f3w z PKS. Jest tak\u017ce zobowi\u0105zany do tankowania paliwa w bazie PKS oraz prowadzenia ksi\u0119gowo\u015bci przez pracownika PKS. Tymczasem, olej nap\u0119dowy w PKSie jest o ok. 20 gr. dro\u017cszy, ni\u017c na innych stacjach, a ksi\u0119gowej trzeba zap\u0142aci\u0107 439 z\u0142 miesi\u0119cznie. Do tego dochodzi jeszcze niema\u0142a, obowi\u0105zkowa sk\u0142adka na ZUS. Jeden z kierowc\u00f3w znalaz\u0142 si\u0119 w trudnej sytuacji, kiedy dzier\u017cawiony przez niego autobus zepsu\u0142 si\u0119 i zgodnie z umow\u0105, musia\u0142 naprawi\u0107 go w bazie PKS za w\u0142asne pieni\u0105dze. Oznacza to, \u017ce zamiast zarobi\u0107, jest winny PKSowi 2 tysi\u0105ce z\u0142. Wi\u0119kszo\u015b\u0107 kierowc\u00f3w jednak liczy na to, \u017ce sytuacja si\u0119 poprawi i b\u0119dzie ich sta\u0107 na sp\u0142at\u0119 d\u0142ug\u00f3w. &#8221; Gdyby\u015bmy nie przeszli na taki system pracy [um\u00f3w operatorskich &#8211; przyp. red.], ju\u017c dawno musieliby\u015bmy og\u0142osi\u0107 upad\u0142o\u015b\u0107.&#8221; &#8211; m\u00f3wi Marek Wi\u015bniewski, zast\u0119pca g\u0142\u00f3wnego ksi\u0119gowego PKS w \u0141odzi. &#8222;Kierowca operator bardziej si\u0119 stara, bo wie, \u017ce tylko od niego zale\u017cy, ile zarobi. Walczy o pasa\u017cer\u00f3w. S\u0105 tacy co zarabiaj\u0105 nawet 6 tys. z\u0142.&#8221; \u0141\u00f3d\u017a nie jest jednak w tym zakresie wyj\u0105tkiem &#8211; podobne umowy stosuj\u0105 przedsi\u0119biorstwa PKS m.in. z Bydgoszczy, Gniezna i Wroc\u0142awia. &#8222;Ale u nas system jest troch\u0119 inny ni\u017c w \u0141odzi.&#8221; &#8211; m\u00f3wi Ryszard W\u00f3jcik, kierownik dzia\u0142u taboru Polbus PKS Wroc\u0142aw. &#8222;Kierowcy, kt\u00f3rzy za\u0142o\u017cyli firmy wykupili nasze autobusy. Nie interesuje mnie, gdzie tankuj\u0105 i kto prowadzi ich ksi\u0119gowo\u015b\u0107. Co p\u00f3\u0142 roku musz\u0105 tylko pokazywa\u0107 dow\u00f3d rejestracyjny wozu, bo musz\u0119 by\u0107 pewny, \u017ce jest sprawny.&#8221; &#8211; zaznacza.
