Centroliner DD nap\u0119dzany jest widlastym, 6-cylindrowym, 12-litrowym silnikiem Mercedes-Benz, wsp\u00f3\u0142pracuj\u0105cy z automatyczn\u0105 skrzyni\u0105 bieg\u00f3w Voith. Na wszystkich osiach zamontowano hamulce tarczowe z najnowszym uk\u0142adem elektronicznego sterowania EBS 2, co przyczynia si\u0119 do zwi\u0119kszenia bezpiecze\u0144stwa w najnowszych dwupok\u0142adowcach.
