Rok rozpocz\u0119li\u015bmy od solidnego &bdquo;plusa&rdquo;, teraz nadszed\u0142 czas na r&oacute;wnie solidny &bdquo;minus&rdquo;. W I kwartale br. na naszym kontynencie zarejestrowano \u0142\u0105cznie 7449 szt. autobus&oacute;w, czyli a\u017c o 760 szt. mniej ni\u017c przed rokiem (-9,3%). Co ciekawe &ndash;ca\u0142y czas w europejskiej statystce dobrze wypadaj\u0105 nowe kraje Unii, kt&oacute;re w latach 2009-2011 notowa\u0142y najgorsze wyniki ze wszystkich region&oacute;w Europy. Przypomnijmy, \u017ce na koniec 2011 r. spadek osi\u0105gn\u0105\u0142 tutaj a\u017c 8-procentowy poziom, czyli najwi\u0119cej w ca\u0142ej Unii. Teraz sytuacja si\u0119 odwr&oacute;ci\u0142a i to &bdquo;nowe&rdquo;kraje s\u0105 na plusie, a &bdquo;stare&rdquo;na minusie. \u0141\u0105cznie poziom rejestracji nowych autobus&oacute;w w naszym regionie Europy zwi\u0119kszy\u0142 si\u0119 w ci\u0105gu trzech pierwszych miesi\u0119cy br. o 210 szt. w por&oacute;wnaniu do 2012 r., osi\u0105gaj\u0105c pu\u0142ap 1091 szt. (+ 22,6%) Motorem nap\u0119dowym jest tutaj ca\u0142y czas Rumunia (394 szt.), kt&oacute;ra po totalnym krachu autobusowego rynku w poprzednich dw&oacute;ch latach teraz odrabia straty. I to w jakim tempie! Plus 114% w por&oacute;wnaniu do 2012 r.! To efekt centralnych zakup&oacute;w nowych autobus&oacute;w mi\u0119dzymiastowych do tamtejszych odpowiednik&oacute;w przedsi\u0119biorstw PKS, kt&oacute;re s\u0105 teraz realizowane po do\u015b\u0107 d\u0142ugiej przerwie. I st\u0105d takie gigantyczne r&oacute;\u017cnice. Dalsze pozycje w naszej regionalnej grupie zaj\u0119\u0142y: Polska (293 szt.), Czechy (201 szt.) i Litwa (53 szt.). Dodajmy, \u017ce w statystykach ACEA nie ma ca\u0142y czas Bu\u0142garii, kt&oacute;ra r&oacute;wnie\u017c mocno poci\u0105gn\u0119\u0142aby ten wynik w g&oacute;r\u0119.<\/font><\/div>\n<div><font size=\"2\">Z kolei fatalnie rok 2013 rozpocz\u0119\u0142y pa\u0144stwa nale\u017c\u0105ce do EFTA (Islandia, Norwegia, Szwajcaria), gdzie po pierwszych trzech miesi\u0105cach br. odnotowano ujemny bilans w por&oacute;wnaniu do 2012 r. &ndash;sprzedano tutaj zaledwie 238 autobus&oacute;w, czyli o 187 szt. mniej ni\u017c rok wcze\u015bniej (-44%). Najlepiej wypad\u0142a tutaj Norwegia (147 szt.) i Szwajcaria (78 szt.), kt&oacute;re jednocze\u015bnie odnotowa\u0142y najwi\u0119ksze spadki &ndash;odpowiednio o -51% i -30%.<\/font><\/div>\n<div><font size=\"2\">I &bdquo;stare&rdquo;kraje Unii Europejskiej, kt&oacute;re s\u0105 ca\u0142y czas strategicznym filarem ca\u0142ego europejskiego rynku &ndash;a przede wszystkim naszego eksportu. Niestety, ten region Europy jest na coraz wi\u0119kszym minusie. W 15. europejskich krajach zarejestrowano \u0142\u0105cznie 6120 szt. autobus&oacute;w, czyli o 774 szt. mniej ni\u017c przed rokiem (-11,2%). Nieciekawie wygl\u0105da sytuacja w Niemczech, gdzie mamy ju\u017c 12,6% spadek sprzeda\u017cy. To mo\u017ce mie\u0107 dla naszej produkcji niekorzystne znaczenie, tym bardziej, \u017ce w &bdquo;do\u0142ku&rdquo;znalaz\u0142a si\u0119 te\u017c Szwecja &ndash;drugi filar naszego eksportu. Tutaj po I kwartale mamy spadek o -10%. Zauwa\u017calnie zmniejszy\u0142a si\u0119 sprzeda\u017c w Wlk. Brytanii (-19,4%), kt&oacute;ra do tej pory by\u0142a &bdquo;zielon\u0105 wysp\u0105&rdquo;na europejskiej mapie sprzeda\u017cy autobus&oacute;w. Pocieszaj\u0105c jest natomiast dobra koniunktura na rynku francuskim (+11,9%) i holenderskim (+79,0%), aczkolwiek nie s\u0105 one strategicznymi odbiorcami autobus&oacute;w produkowanych w Polsce. <\/font><\/div>\n<div><font size=\"2\">Generalnie po I kwartale br. europejski wynik w d&oacute;\u0142 ci\u0105gn\u0105 g\u0142&oacute;wnie takie kraje jak: Wlk. Brytania, Niemcy, Szwecja, W\u0142ochy i Polska, a w g&oacute;r\u0119 ci\u0105gn\u0105 przede wszystkim: Francja, Czechy, Holandia i Rumunia. Jak doskonale wida\u0107 ten uk\u0142ad si\u0142 jest asymetryczny i zapewne w kolejnych miesi\u0105cach b\u0119dzie wykazywa\u0142 tendencj\u0119 do pog\u0142\u0119bienia negatywnej tendencji na rynku. To niekorzystny scenariusz dla polskiego eksportu. Warto r&oacute;wnie\u017c zauwa\u017cy\u0107, \u017ce po\u0142udnie Europy ca\u0142y czas tkwi w kryzysie &ndash;na pocz\u0105tku br. w Hiszpanii sprzedano 432 autobusy (-4,0%), w Portugalii &ndash;90 szt. (-10,1%), a w Grecji zaledwie 11 szt. (-71,1%).<\/font><\/div>\n<div><font size=\"2\">Sama Polska zaj\u0119\u0142a w I kwartale 2013 r. nienajgorsz\u0105, 7. pozycj\u0119 w Europie (za Rumuni\u0105&hellip;) z wynikiem 293 szt. autobus&oacute;w, czyli o 62 szt. mniej ni\u017c przed rokiem (- 17,5%). Zobaczymy jak to si\u0119 b\u0119dzie uk\u0142ada\u0142o dalej. Oczywi\u015bcie prezentowane dane dotycz\u0105 tylko trzech pierwszych miesi\u0119cy, tak\u017ce wszystko mo\u017ce si\u0119 jeszcze zmieni\u0107 i tak naprawd\u0119 dopiero kolejne miesi\u0105ca przynios\u0105 nam konkretniejsze informacje o tegorocznej kondycji europejskiego.
