Oba pojazdy wyprodukowane zosta\u0142y w Z.S. &#8222;Jelcz&#8221; w roku 2002. Pod koniec czerwca w Lubinie zobaczy\u0107 mo\u017cna by\u0142o ponadto nowoczesny autobus niskopod\u0142ogowy MAN NL 223, wyprodukowany pod koniec 2003 roku i wypo\u017cyczony od MZK Ostr\u00f3w Wlkp. Podstaw\u0119 taboru dla komunikacji miejskiej PKS Lubin stanowi\u0105 autobusy wysokopod\u0142ogowe: Jelcze 120M, wyeksploatowane MAN-y SL 200, Scania CR 112, MAN EL 262 oraz dwa MAN-y SL 223. Jedynie dwa pojazdy posiadaj\u0105 nisk\u0105 pod\u0142og\u0119: Jelcz\/Mercedes M122MB\/O405N2 oraz Jelcz M081 MB. Ten ostatni od pewnego okresu jest eksploatowany ju\u017c tylko na liniach lokalnych. Dlatego pojawienie si\u0119 w Lubinie testowych autobus\u00f3w z nisk\u0105 pod\u0142og\u0105 wzbudzi\u0142o zatem niema\u0142e zdziwienie w\u015br\u00f3d mieszka\u0144c\u00f3w miasta. <\/p>\n<p>PKS obs\u0142uguje miejsk\u0105 komunikacj\u0119 w Lubinie od 1995 roku. Umowa na \u015bwiadczenie us\u0142ug przewozowych, zawarta z Urz\u0119dem Miasta, wygasa z pocz\u0105tkiem lutego 2005 roku. Zakup nowych autobus\u00f3w uzale\u017cniony b\u0119dzie od faktu, czy PKS wygra przetarg na dalsz\u0105 obs\u0142ug\u0119 lubi\u0144skich linii miejskich. Zatem w bie\u017c\u0105cym roku mieszka\u0144cy Lubina nie maj\u0105 co liczy\u0107 na podr\u00f3\u017ce nowymi, komfortowymi autobusami z nisk\u0105 pod\u0142og\u0105 i wizerunkiem PKS.
