Przedsi\u0119biorstwa przewozowe od kilku miesi\u0119cy uzyskuj\u0105 od samorz\u0105d&oacute;w wojew&oacute;dzkich informacje, \u017ce Rada Ministr&oacute;w zaplanowa\u0142a oszcz\u0119dno\u015bci \u015brodk&oacute;w w bud\u017cetach wojewod&oacute;w o 10 &#8211; 15 % i te \u015brodki mog\u0105 by\u0107 niedost\u0119pne. Ponadto, do przewo\u017anik&oacute;w docieraj\u0105 informacje o zamro\u017ceniu rezerwy celowej.
