Podczas przeprowadzania kontroli w\/w pojazdu w\u0105tpliwo\u015bci funkcjonariusza wzbudzi\u0142y zapisy w dowodzie rejestracyjnym dot. masy w\u0142asnej oraz dopuszczalnej masy ca\u0142kowitej. W zwi\u0105zku z powy\u017cszym zdecydowano o dokonaniu wa\u017cenia przedmiotowego autobusu. Czynno\u015b\u0107 ta potwierdzi\u0142a przypuszczenia kontroluj\u0105cego. Rzeczywista masa w\u0142asna przewy\u017csza\u0142a o 1300 kg mas\u0119 zadeklarowan\u0105 w dowodzie rejestracyjnym. Bior\u0105c pod uwag\u0119 powy\u017cszy wynik oraz przeliczaj\u0105c liczb\u0119 miejsc (24), stwierdzono niezgodno\u015b\u0107 r&oacute;wnie\u017c w zakresie dopuszczalnej masy ca\u0142kowitej. Dalsze czynno\u015bci w sprawie (por&oacute;wnanie dokument&oacute;w z miejsca rejestracji samochodu) jeszcze bardziej utwierdzi\u0142y inspektora, i\u017c przedmiotowy autobus nie powinien uczestniczy\u0107 w ruchu drogowym (niezgodno\u015b\u0107 w zakresie d\u0142ugo\u015bci pojazdu). Bezwzgl\u0119dnie zatem, nale\u017ca\u0142o zatrzyma\u0107 dow&oacute;d rejestracyjny. Szczeg&oacute;\u0142owa analiza dokument&oacute;w rejestracyjnych wykaza\u0142a, i\u017c pierwotnie kontrolowany autobus by\u0142 pojazdem ci\u0119\u017carowym, kt&oacute;ry poddano przer&oacute;bce. W zwi\u0105zku z ujawnieniem istotnych rozbie\u017cno\u015bci istnieje r&oacute;wnie\u017c podejrzenie po\u015bwiadczenia nieprawdy przez diagnost\u0119 wykonuj\u0105cego badanie po przer&oacute;bce pojazdu.
