Uk\u0142ad zosta\u0142 ju\u017c zatwierdzony przez s\u0105d. Firma chce cze\u015b\u0107 d\u0142ugu sp\u0142aci\u0107 m.in. poprzez sprzeda\u017c niekt\u00f3rych nieruchomo\u015bci i 100 hektar\u00f3w zb\u0119dnego gruntu. Opr\u00f3cz wierzycieli handlowych Jelcz posiada r\u00f3wnie\u017c spore zaleg\u0142o\u015bci publiczno-prawne (ZUS, Urz\u0105d Skarbowy, Urz\u0105d Gminny), a do tego dochodz\u0105 zobowi\u0105zania wobec pracownik\u00f3w i z tytu\u0142u zaci\u0105gni\u0119tych kredyt\u00f3w bankowych. Mimo to Jelcz, dzi\u0119ki m.in. podpisanym kontaktom na dostawy autobus\u00f3w dla MENiS i Malty, liczy na szybkie wyj\u015bcie z obecnego kryzysu.
