Pierwszy z nich opisuje materia\u0142 ogniotrwa\u0142y rozszerzaj\u0105cy si\u0119 po wp\u0142ywem wysokiej temperatury lub ognia tworz\u0105c izoluj\u0105c\u0105 g\u0105bk\u0119. Materia\u0142 &#8211; mieszanka polietylenu wysokiej g\u0119sto\u015bci oraz polietylenu chlorowanego &#8211; jest przetwarzany przy wykorzystaniu standardowych technologii obr\u00f3bki plastyku. Opracowanie przedstawia ocen\u0119 w\u0142asno\u015bci mechanicznych, starzenia cieplnego, starzenia pod wp\u0142ywem p\u0142yn\u00f3w oraz w\u0142asno\u015bci cieplnych materia\u0142u. Pr\u00f3by ogniowe, przeprowadzane przy wykorzystaniu palnika Bunsena o temperaturze p\u0142omienia 1000oC jako \u017ar\u00f3d\u0142a ciep\u0142a dowiod\u0142y, \u017ce materia\u0142 nie skrapla si\u0119 ani nie przepala si\u0119 nawet po wystawieniu go na dzia\u0142anie ognia o tej temperaturze przez 30 minut.
