Komisja Europejska (KE) zagrozi\u0142a pozwaniem Polski do unijnego Trybuna\u0142u Sprawiedliwo\u015bci, je\u015bli nie wprowadzi szybko obowi\u0105zku wyposa\u017cenia ci\u0119\u017carówek w lusterka boczne eliminuj\u0105ce zjawisko tzw. martwego pola. We wszystkich krajach UE ci\u0119\u017carówki powy\u017cej 3,5 tony zarejestrowane po 1 stycznia 2000 roku maj\u0105 by\u0107 wyposa\u017cone w lusterka eliminuj\u0105ce martwe pole. A u nas? Jak zwykle zw\u0142oka – dosz\u0142o do tego, \u017ce Komisja Europejska grozi nam powa\u017cnymi konsekwencjami. Polska, Cypr, Luksemburg i Wielka Brytania nie poinformowa\u0142y KE o ewentualnych zmianach wprowadzonych w przepisach krajowych. Ta za\u015b zagrozi\u0142a pozwaniem maruderów do unijnego Trybuna\u0142u Sprawiedliwo\u015bci. Mamy na to dwa miesi\u0105ce. Od kwietnia po drogach UE nie powinny je\u017adzi\u0107 ci\u0119\u017carówki ze starymi lusterkami o w\u0105skim polu widzenia. W sierpniu zesz\u0142ego roku min\u0105\u0142 termin wprowadzania tej europejskiej dyrektywy. Problem w tym, \u017ce u nas ci\u0105gle nikt o tym nie s\u0142ysza\u0142. Urz\u0119dnicy bij\u0105 si\u0119 w pier\u015b i obiecuj\u0105 szybkie za\u0142atwienie sprawy. W ca\u0142ym ba\u0142aganie chodzi za\u015b o 400-600 tysi\u0119cy ci\u0119\u017carówek, na modernizacj\u0119 ka\u017cdej trzeba b\u0119dzie wyda\u0107 200 – 300 euro.
