Pierwotnie by\u0142a tylko Trasa Rowerowa, obecnie przygotowujemy dla uczestnik&oacute;w trzy trasy: Rowerow\u0105, Piesz\u0105 i Ekstremaln\u0105. <br \/>Trasa Rowerowa ok. 200km w limicie 15h, (sztandarowa trasa Nocnej Masakry) start godzina 16:30, meta godz. 7:30, do zaliczenia ok. 15 PK (Punkt&oacute;w Kontrolnych), ka\u017cdy o tej samej wadze punkt&oacute;w przeliczeniowych (jeden PK=10pp). Za ka\u017cda rozpocz\u0119t\u0105 minut\u0119 sp&oacute;\u017anienia ponad limit czasowy odejmuje si\u0119 jeden punkt przeliczeniowy. Uczestnik dostaje kolorow\u0105 map\u0119 na formacie A3 w sakli 1:100000 z zaznaczonymi na niej PK. <br \/>Trasa Rowerowa jest zaliczana do Pucharu Polski w Maratonach Rowerowych na Orientacj\u0119. <br \/>Trasa Piesza ok.100km w limicie 24h, start godzina 7:30, meta godz. 7:30, do zaliczenia ok. 15 PK, ka\u017cdy o tej samej wadze punkt&oacute;w przeliczeniowych (jeden PK=30pp). Za ka\u017cd\u0105 rozpocz\u0119t\u0105 minut\u0119 sp&oacute;\u017anienia ponad limit czasowy odejmuje si\u0119 jeden punkt przeliczeniowy. Uczestnik dostaje kolorow\u0105 map\u0119 na formacie A3 w sakli 1:50000 z zaznaczonymi na niej PK .<br \/>Trasa Piesza jest zaliczana do Pucharu Polski w Pieszych Maratonach na Orientacj\u0119. <br \/>Trasa Ekstremalna, po\u0142\u0105czenie obu tras limit 39h (24h na etap pieszy i 15h na etap rowerowy) po sko\u0144czeniu Etapy pieszego, nast\u0119puje stop czas a\u017c do startu Etapu rowerowego. uczestnik dostaje odpowiednio mapy dla etapu pieszego i etapu rowerowego jak dla trasy pieszej i trasy rowerowej. <br \/>Na wszystkich trasach uczestnicy zaliczaj\u0105 PK w kolejno\u015bci dowolnej, zgodnie z obran\u0105 przez siebie taktyk\u0105.
