Czemu rowerowy &bdquo;potencjalny samob&oacute;jca&rdquo;na podw&oacute;jnym gazie dostaje kar\u0119 wi\u0119zienia, a jego pijany kolega poruszaj\u0105cy si\u0119 pieszo pozostaje bezkarny, skoro jego nazwijmy to &bdquo;potencja\u0142 samob&oacute;jczy&rdquo;jest prawie dwa razy wi\u0119kszy?<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Te statystyki nie powinny by\u0107 jednak rekomendacj\u0105 za karaniem nietrze\u017awych pieszych.
